How do I subscribe to Glacier API services?
Please visit the API self-checkout section above, select the plan that fits you best and follow the steps accordingly.
How do I upgrade, downgrade or cancel an account?
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your account using the Stripe customer portal, which is accessible from the Billing page of the AvaCloud portal.
How does Renewal work for Glacier API accounts?
Stripe billing is set to renew automatically unless you take action to cancel your subscription prior to your billing date. By not canceling, you authorize us to automatically charge the subscription fee for the upcoming billing period from your account.
Within the billing portal, you'll find details about the automatic billing date. This information includes the start of a renewal subscription term, which will commence right after the initial subscription term, or the start of another renewal term which will be reflected in your account unless you cancel prior to the start of the new term.
